15" wok was delivered promptly. Came nicely seasoned and has been used daily since it arrived.. It has a lovely black patina with hammer marks. It is very heavy gauge steel and is bomb proof. Because of the heavy gauge steel, it heats up a little slowly but on the flip side it retains heat well. I suspect it will handle being used outdoors over the wood grill very nicely.

In my mind's eye, I can see this on a white marble countertop, in a minimalist kitchen with only one pan. Absolutely gorgeous.

Outstanding! Unbelievable craftsmanship. This thing makes a mean stirfry! Holds hear really well as it’s heavy gauge steel. Chris is a super craftsman to work with and was quite responsive. Quick turnaround time too.
